Abbas is a gem - very knowledgeable and responsive, attentive down to the finest details. My CLK350 was missing the NAV manual and he tracked one down for me. I just wanted to write and say what a pleasure it was dealing with Abbas and Europa Motorcar Company. It reaffirms my hope for an honest, fair automobile purchasing transaction.

First, Abbas is the epitomy of the low pressure salesman. He told me how he believed that if you treat people right, they'll appreciate it and come back time and time again. When I test drove the vehicle that we ultimately purchased, I found a loud howling noise coming from the tires. Abbas said he was unaware of the noise but took me at my word. It took more time to prepare and sign the paperwork than to negotiate the deal.
